Do I need to own land before contacting you?
No. Contact us while you are looking so we can discuss the home you want to build and the properties you are considering. If you already own land, send us its location.
Do I have to choose one of your floor plans?
No. You can bring your own floor plan, choose from our collection, or develop a custom design with our drafter.
Can you discuss a budget before every finish is chosen?
Yes. Your budget helps guide decisions about the size, design, and selections. Site work and any choices still to be made will also need to be accounted for before a final price can be established.

Since launching his building career in 2008, TD Riddle has built a reputation rooted in honesty, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship. As the hands-on force behind New Generation Homes, TD brings a budget-forward approach and full transparency throughout the entire build process. Clients always know where their project stands, and where their money is going. TD's experience spans every trade, allowing him to step in and work alongside subcontractors to ensure each phase is done right. Jackie Riddle handles design, working with each client on layout, finishes and selections.
