Read the guideA welcoming entrance matters, but so does everything that happens behind it. Customer access, staff work areas, private rooms, equipment, and storage need to fit the business using the building. An office has different demands from a wellness practice or an outdoor recreation property.
Those day-to-day needs give the design its direction. The layout should account for how people arrive, move through the space, and complete their work. The exterior and interior finishes then support the experience you want customers to have.
Our commercial work ranges from ground-up construction to defined portions of a larger project. Majestic Aesthetics and Wellness was built from the ground up in Twin Falls. At Jae’s Place, we contributed work on portions of the building for the Jae Foundation.
You may need a builder for an entire new location or a specific part of work already underway. Existing plans, the condition of the property, and the roles of other contractors help establish where our construction scope fits.
Commercial construction decisions often connect to equipment orders, lease commitments, staffing, and an intended opening date. Bringing those needs into planning early helps identify decisions that affect more than one part of the project.
For an occupied property, access and continued operations need particular attention. Customers, deliveries, and staff may rely on the same areas where work is proposed. The construction scope and practical timing should be considered together before making plans to keep the business open around the work.
Majestic Aesthetics and Wellness is a 6,000-square-foot medical spa with a distinctive entrance and a substantial local presence. The Eide Bailly office building brings a more traditional business setting to our portfolio. Together with our work at Putters Mini Golf and Jae’s Place, these projects show the range of commercial properties we have worked on.
Once a building is in use, small repairs and recurring upkeep become part of owning it. Our relationship with Putters Mini Golf has continued through ongoing property maintenance. We also offer monthly maintenance for commercial properties built by other companies.
A maintenance arrangement can focus on the recurring needs of your property, while larger improvements receive their own scope. Keeping those needs organized gives you a clearer picture of the work the building needs now and what should be planned separately.
Yes. Share the current plans, who prepared them, and the work you need built. We can review the stage of the project and identify what is needed for the construction inquiry.
Yes. We offer tenant improvements for commercial spaces. Include the proposed changes and the property owner’s involvement. Approval responsibilities and the existing conditions need to be understood before a construction scope is established.
It should make clear which work and selections are included, which decisions remain open, and where work by suppliers or other contractors fits. Comparing the same scope makes differences between proposals easier to understand.
