Monthly care for homes and businesses

Property maintenance in the Magic Valley.

Loose hardware, worn caulk, sticking doors, and small repairs can become a growing list when you own a property. Our monthly maintenance program gives Magic Valley homeowners and business owners a way to arrange ongoing care, including for buildings we did not construct.

Maintaining a business property?

Give recurring upkeep a place on the calendar

Property maintenance is easy to put off when the building is still functioning. A door needs another push to latch, paint needs touching up, or the same small repair keeps returning. Each item may be manageable on its own, but together they can take time away from your family or business.

A maintenance arrangement starts with the building you have and the help you need. Regular upkeep, an existing problem, and a larger improvement can all be identified at the outset so the scope reflects your property.

Practical work inside and outside the building

Maintenance work may include door, window, and hardware adjustments; caulk and seal upkeep; minor drywall repairs; and paint touch-ups. Interior and exterior checks and seasonal upkeep can also be part of a property-specific arrangement.

Other requests may involve plumbing checks and minor repairs, lighting repairs, electrical troubleshooting, or HVAC filter replacement and equipment checks. The tasks, materials, and any work requiring a separate trade are agreed for the property rather than treated as an unlimited repair package.

Pay attention to the details that get overlooked

Caulk around an opening, the condition of a door seal, and hardware in a heavily used entrance are easy to overlook during a normal day. These smaller details belong on a maintenance list alongside the more obvious items such as damaged drywall or a light that no longer works.

You do not need to diagnose a problem before calling. Tell us what has changed, where it is happening, and whether it has been repaired before. That information helps establish what needs attention and whether it fits routine maintenance or a separate repair.

A defined scope for your property

TD will explain what needs attention and discuss the proposed work with you before it begins. The tasks, visit arrangements, access, and materials are agreed for your property. Repairs or replacements beyond that scope can be addressed separately.

An agreed contact also matters, especially for rental or business properties. The person arranging access may not be the person approving additional work. Establishing those responsibilities makes it easier to handle new requests as they arise.

Maintenance for operating businesses

Commercial property care needs to account for the people using the space. Entrances, customer areas, staff workspaces, and outdoor features may all have different access needs. The practical timing of the work depends on the tasks involved and how the property operates.

Our ongoing work at Putters Mini Golf is one example of a relationship that continued beyond construction. Other business owners in our service area can inquire about the same monthly program, regardless of who originally built the property.

Questions about property maintenance

Should I buy replacement parts before getting in touch?

Let us know about anything you already have. Before buying additional materials, we should establish which parts suit the work and how they will be supplied.

Can I ask about one repair before considering monthly maintenance?

Yes. Tell us about the current problem and whether you would also like help with ongoing upkeep. The work and availability can be discussed before you decide what to arrange.
