New Generation Homes is a family-owned business based in Kimberly, Idaho. Our work brings us into the homes and business properties of clients throughout the Magic Valley.
Since launching his building career in 2008, TD Riddle has built a reputation rooted in honesty, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship. As the hands-on force behind New Generation Homes, TD brings a budget-forward approach and full transparency throughout the entire build process. Clients always know where their project stands, and where their money is going. TD's experience spans every trade, allowing him to step in and work alongside subcontractors to ensure each phase is done right. Jackie Riddle handles design, working with each client on layout, finishes and selections.

Working with families and local businesses
Our projects include the Single-Story Spec Home, the ground-up construction of Majestic Aesthetics and Wellness, and commercial work at Putters Mini Golf. We also remodel homes and build additions for owners who want to stay in the place they know.
Our monthly maintenance program gives homeowners and business owners a way to arrange ongoing property care. It is available whether New Generation Homes built the property or someone else did.
