Where we build
New Generation Homes is a family-owned builder based in Kimberly. TD and Jackie Riddle work with homeowners and business owners on new construction, improvements and ongoing property care. For a custom home, we bring the layout, finishes and construction decisions together around your property and budget.
TD brings a hands-on construction perspective, while Jackie helps clients with layout, finishes and selections. That combination matters when you are deciding how a house should look and how the spaces should work together.
You can come to us with a finished plan or an early idea. Our plan collection offers a place to begin, and our drafter can help develop a custom layout. We also work on remodels, additions and commercial construction, with a maintenance program open to owners whose properties we did not build.
Kimberly's building page includes architectural design-review information tied to CC&Rs. Review the documents for your lot while choosing the home, since subdivision requirements can influence which design and exterior details are suitable.
The garage approach, house footprint and outdoor areas should also work together. Confirm the provisions that apply to your design with the relevant reviewer before finalizing choices.
The city's application page lists construction water separately from water and sewer hookups. Check what is available at the lot and what needs to be arranged for construction and the finished home.
Knowing the connection work and charges helps you consider the full cost of the property alongside the house. Share confirmed service information when discussing your estimate.
Kimberly asks for detailed written land-use inquiries. Include the parcel and proposed work so staff can address the property you are considering.
The city also offers a preapplication meeting request. This may be useful when several design or property questions need to be addressed before a full submission.
