Contemporary Duplex
This two-story duplex gives each residence a distinct entrance and a strong identity within one building. Its angled rooflines bring a contemporary feel to the design, while stone accents and light siding keep the exterior familiar and welcoming.
Giving each residence its own character
The rooflines help define the two sides of the property without dividing the exterior into identical halves. Different angles and building forms give the duplex its personality, while consistent materials bring the overall design together.
Separate entrances and garage doors establish a clear arrival point for each residence. Those details matter in duplex construction, where the building needs to work as two individual homes while maintaining a cohesive appearance from the street.
Contemporary styling with practical appeal
Light horizontal siding keeps the exterior understated, allowing the roof shapes to stand out. Stone adds texture around the lower walls and entrances, and dark garage doors provide contrast without introducing a complicated color palette.
The result is a distinctive approach to multifamily housing that can appeal to owners looking beyond conventional duplex designs.
